Our goal is for our customers to enjoy their online experience and we will do everything we can to be sure you are 100% satisfied.
- We welcome a return within 7 days for a in store credit or exchange.
- Christmas gifts are welcome for a return 7 days after December 25th for a in store credit or exchange. (January 3rd)
- All sale items 50% off or more is FINAL.
- Sale items without a receipt, you will receive last sale price.
- ALL returns must have a receipt, tags attached, and unworn.
- To be eligible for a in store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt sent back with your purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back prior to enquiring for return authorization.
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
- We are not responsible for wrongfully entered shipping addresses.
- If a error has been made please contact us immediately.
- Shipping is non refundable.
